Ladies? Night Out event gives back

Women love to multitask.
If you’re one of those women, then we want to invite you to a unique Ladies Night Out event, where you can enjoy precious time with your friends, shop with local trendy — but affordable — vendors and support the Susan G. Komen charity all at the same time.
Through this event, Laura Jasurda, Clarkston resident and LV Founding Executive at Rodan + Fields Dermatologists, has found a way for today’s busy women to have fun and give back at the same time.
And she invites you to join in.
Her Ladies Night Out event will be held at Paint Creek Country Club on April 12 at 7 p.m. Aside from highlighting local vendors, the event will offer food and fun for shoppers and provide them the opportunity to support Susan G. Komen with a Coach Purse Raffle and a ‘Spin the Wheel? game. Laura is committed to her community and was awarded the prestigious 2009 PFC Foundation Award by Rodan + Fields for her volunteer efforts, focused on Detroit’s Harbor Light System.
Offering this unique Ladies Night Out format each quarter allows her too to multitask, as well as to follow her passion for giving back to the communty and those in need.
‘My sister and I have helped raised thousands of dollars for local charities in Macomb and we wanted to do the same in Clarkston and Lake Orion,? said Laura. ‘Everyone has fun and it has helped highlight local businesses, vendors and charities. We select a different charity each time and have chosen Susan G. Komen this time around since my sister, Debbie, is a breast cancer survivor and will be walking the 3-day Walk with her daughter, Chelsea, in August.
‘Cancer is such an ugly disease but by multitasking, we can make a difference.?
