In his letter in last week’s Lake Orion Review, Mr Hart complains that I and the Township have done nothing for the past 13 months about ‘what he contends is a commercial landscape business in a residential area.?? The truth is that the owner of the property was issued a ticket on February 10, 2012.??
The case was heard in District Court on April 4, 2012.?? The person pled guilty and paid a fine.???? He also removed his equipment from that property.???? The Township acted when it had sufficient evidence that any ticket it issued would hold up in Court.
