Royal Oak probably felt Oxford was not a friendly host on Monday night. The teams matched off in an OAA bowling match at Collier Lanes.
The Varsity girls won 21 ? to 8 ? to run there record to 5 and 1. Alyssa Hurlburt paced the girls with games of 215 and 224. Hannah Farmer excited the crowd with 8 strikes in row in route to a 248 game. Mackenzie Janssen tossed a 214 to help in the cause.
The varsity boys were tested early but pulled out a 22 to 8 victory to run there record to 9 and 1. The boys with nice games were Drew Pappas with games of 234 and 202, Luke Delong shooting 235 and 213, and Eric Armbruster had the place rocking with his 278 effort. Eric had 9 strikes in a row in route to his season high game. The team is currently ranked 3rd in the state.
Nice bowling by the JV boys from Oxford as well. They shut out the Royal Oak team 30 to 0. Luke Meyer had games of 200 and 201. David Staser had a 245, Tristan Boice scored a 237 and Will Fallon added a 242 game.
The Wildcats also dominated the Farmington Doubles tournament on Sunday February 8th at Country Lanes. Finishing 4th in the JV Girls division was Anne Johnson and Katie Petty. Finishing just ahead of them in 3rd was Marissa Smith and Brenna Beltramo.
In the Girls Varsity division Megan Kessler and Alyssa Hurlburt battled like champions to take the runner up spot.

The Boys Varsity had Eric Armbruster and Tristan Boice finishing in 3rd place defeating the number 1 seeded Clarkston team to take the consolation match.
In the finals Jacob and Luke Delong battled a strong Troy team to the end but lost to take the runner up spot.
