Andersonville Elementary students celebrated everyday heroes and superheroes during their annual Fun Run, Sept. 24.
Students and even staff members got into the theme by dressing up as everyday heroes firemen and police officers and superheroes Batman, Superman, Spiderman, and Wonder Woman.
While running laps and raising money for their school, they also came across three obstacles they had to use their superhero skills on – the noodle pass; pyramid of pain, a straw pyramid climb; and tunnel of terror, a netting crawl. Fortunately, Super Eagle, Andersonville’s mascot was also on hand to help the students.
