Readers of The Citizen met a new reporter this week. Elizabeth Lowe will be writing about the people, organizations and events that make up Atlas Township, Goodrich, and Hadley Township. Lowe comes to The Citizen with experience reporting for Heritage Newspapers. She has also contributed news articles and features for The Flint Journal’s publications.
