Residents of Brandon Township:
If you enjoy riding your ORV (off-road vehicle) on your own property you should attend the public hearing on Oct. 8.
They are going to tell you when and where you may ride: Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Sunday, not at all. Also don’t come closer than 50 ft. to your property line or 100 ft. to an adjoining resident’s property.
First it was a noise ordinance (that no one wanted except a chosen few) and now an ORV ordinance. Are they trying to turn us into a city? What’s next?
