After a public hearing on Oct. 6, a Special Assessment District for chloriding Mill Lake Gardens will move on to the next stage.
The SAD is for chloriding Hazel, Hill and Mahopac in Mill Lake Gardens, at a cost of $1,301 for the first year, and $924 estimated annual assessment after the first year. The SAD set-up fees are $377.
After the public hearing the board voted to adopt a resolution authorizing the preparation of the SAD roll for chloriding the three roads.
