The Rise and Shine Donut Shop in Lake Orion is collecting hats, scarves and mittens to donate to the Orion/Oxford FISH this holiday season. The items will go to local families in need, and can be brought to the shop on Lapeer and placed on a special Christmas tree there. FISH will be picking up the items two weeks before Christmas. Rise and Shine is open 4 a.m.-3 p.m., Mon.-Fri.; and until 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Call 693-0029 for more information.
