The Orion Township Board of Trustees reappointed two members to the local board of canvassers.
The township appoints two Republicans and two Democrats with staggered four-year terms to the board, to verify the results of local election races or proposals on the day following an election.
John Garlicki, a Republican, and B.J. Griffin, a Democrat, were reappointed for terms ending Dec. 31, 2007, after their terms expire this Dec. 31.
