The Village of Ortonville Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 10, 2019, 6:30 p.m. to hear the following appeal:
Name: John McFall
Location: 86 James Street
Request: Applicant requests a variance from Zoning Ordinance § 5.102.5, of 4½ feet over the height maximum of 15 feet for a total height accessory building of 19½ feet.
