The Purpose of this public hearing is as follows:
· PH21-0007: Gary Sevek, Owner of, parcel ID# 02-27-302-016, Zoned RE/F, Requests a Variance (VNC21-0004) to Chapter 54, Article IV, Section 54-506, to change accepted front yard setbacks from 50 feet to 40 feet.
Additional information is available at the Township Office during regular business hours. If you are unable to attend the meeting, your written comments are welcome at the Township Office prior to the night of the meeting.
