NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Dixie Highway Overlay
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of Groveland Township, Oakland County, Michigan on Tuesday March 22, 2022 at the Groveland Township Hall, 4695 Grange Hall Road, Holly MI 48442, commencing at 7:00 P.M. prevailing eastern time.
The purpose of the public hearing is to review the Dixie Highway Overlay standards. The overlay includes a set of design standards that was created to meet Master Plan goals of developing a cohesive aesthetic along the corridor.
