Oakland County Parks recently announced that it broke attendance records, with more than 1.6 million people visiting country parks this year.
That number surpasses the record set last year.
Attendance at Addison Oaks County Park, which features a new paved, multi-use trail, saw an increase in both day use and overnight camping.
