Due to construction student registration will be held in the gymnasium. Students should park in the student parking lot and enter the building at the pool entrance at the north corner of the building. Students will register, have pictures taken for the yearbook, and receive schedules, lockers, parking permits, student ID cards and agenda books. Student registration will be held on the following dates:

Advertisement to Bid
1. Barton Malow Company requests Bid Proposals on behalf of Brandon School District for Bid Package No. T1. Bid Proposals will be received at 1025 S. Ortonville Rd., Ortonville, MI 48462 delivery or mail, to the attention of Paul Spoor by 2:00 p.m. local time on March 22, 2007. Bid Proposals will be publicly opened by the Owner, however, the Owner will not open, consider, or accept a Bid Proposal received after the date and time specified.
2. Proposals must be sealed with Bidder’s name on the outside of the envelope and designated as follows: Sealed Proposal Brandon School District Bid Package No. T1 Bid Category: _______ Bidder’s Name, Address, Phone Number 3. Proposals shall be based on the requirements set forth in the Project Manual by Barton Malow Company for:
BID PACKAGE NO. T1: District-Wide Technology Systems: General scope includes: cabling infrastructure, network infrastructure, wireless infrastructure, server/computer implementation, audiovisual systems, technology education lab and fiber optic wide area network cabling.
4. Accepted Bidders will be required, as a condition precedent to award of Contract, to furnish in the amount of 100% of the contract price, satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance as required in the Project Manual.
5. Unless otherwise specifically set forth in Section 00880 of the Project Manual, this Project is subject to state sales and/or use taxes and Bidder is required to include such taxes in its Bid Proposal.
6. Bidding Documents will be available for examination and distribution on or after March 5, 2007 at:

8. The right to reject any or all Bid Proposals, either in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities therein is reserved by the Owner.
9. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by the sworn statement in accordance with MCL 380.1267, disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner(s) or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the school board or the superintendent of the school district. Bid Proposals that do not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement shall not be accepted.

INVITATION TO BID ARSENIC TREATMENT SYSTEM
The Brandon School District is seeking bids for an Arsenic Treatment System for Nontransient Noncommunity Water Supplies and plumbing associated with the treatment system according to the attached specifications.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Sealed bids will be received at the Brandon School District, 1025 S. Ortonville Rd., Ortonville, MI 48462 Attn: Gary Kelley, Interim Finance Director, on or before 10:00 am December 21, 2005. No faxed or unsealed bids will be accepted.
2. The buildings to be included are, Brandon High School, Brandon Middle School, Brandon Fletcher Intermediate School, Harvey-Swanson/H.T. Burt Elementary School and Sherman Lifelong Learning Center.
3. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked ‘Arsenic Bid? on the face of the envelope carrying said bid.
4. Bids are to be submitted to fully comply in all respects to the attached specifications and other specified instructions.
5. Brandon Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding and is not bound to accept low bid.

NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED 2004-2005 BUDGET
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 14, 2004 at 6:00 o’clock p.m., at the Board of Education Meeting Room, 1025 South Ortonville Road, Ortonville, Michigan, the Board of Education of Brandon School District will hold a public hearing to consider the District’s proposed 2004-2005 budget.
The Board may not adopt its proposed 2004-2005 budget until after the budget hearing. A copy of the proposed 2004-2005 budget including the proposed property tax millage rate is available for public inspection during normal business hours at 1025 South Ortonville Road, Ortonville, Michigan.
The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Accuracy Test for the June 14, 2004, Regular School Election has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 2, 2004, 11:00 a.m. in the Brandon Administration Office at 1025 South Ortonville Road, Ortonville, MI.
This Public Accuracy Test is conducted to determine that the program and the computer being used to tabulate the results of the election counts the votes in the manner prescribed by the law.
