Sophomore Laura Kwiatkowski anchored the Brandon girls golf team all season, and was recently recognized for her efforts.
Kwiatkowski, who consistently led the Blackhawks in dual meet and tournament action, was named to the Flint Metro League first team by a vote of the league’s coaches.
Two other Brandon sophomores, Becca Scherer and Tiffany Harding, made the all-league honorable mention team.
