The North Oakland Community Coalition (NOCC) in Lake Orion has established ‘Leaders in Action,? a scholarship for graduating Lake Orion High School seniors. Two $1000 scholarships will be awarded, one each to a guy and a girl who have participated in the newly formed ‘Teens In Action? youth group at Lake Orion High School.
