Lily DeClaire, a fifth grade student at Stadium Drive Elementary School is January’s Citizen of the Month. Friends and staff at the school remark on how Lily is ‘always smiling?, ‘helpful? and ‘joyous.? Lily, alongside Principal of Stadium, Dr. Jesse D.
