The National Society Daughters of the Union 1861-1865, Lt. E.T. Carrington Chapter, will host a grave honoring service for the 39 Civil War soldiers buried in the Goodrich Cemetery. The ceremony will be at 1:30 p.m., May 9, at the cemetery, with a gun salute from the Davison VFW and NSD speakers.The public is invited to remember the area men who fought to preserve this nation during the Civil War.
