The Addison Township planning commission voted to grant a special use permit to T-Mobile USA for a new telecommunications tower located at the southeast corner of Rochester and Bordman roads. The property is owned by Sean and Sharon Crisan.
The commission allowed the permit as long as the following conditions are met: approval of a site plan, submission of a satisfactory soil report, submission of a maintenance plan, submission of adequate documentation of removal arrangements and a requirement to make the tower co-locatable for up to four carriers.
A couple of the planning commissioners hope to discuss the actually location of the tower on the property as a part of the site plan approval process.
