RICE, DAVID EVAN of Ortonville, Michigan.  Died June 2, 2020. He was 54.

David was born in Pontiac, Michigan on June 4, 1965 to the late Garet Evan and Ruth Ann (nee: Griffin) Rice.  He married the former Heidi Sue   on April 30, 1988 in Troy, Michigan.  She died May 8, 2018.  He is survived by two children, Noah (fiancé Kayla Curtis) Rice and Hannah Rice; his parents, Ruth Ann and Paul Bishop; two brothers, Christopher (Danielle) Rice and Michael (Mary) Rice; parents-in-laws Gerald and Wanda Metro; sister-in-law, Tracey (Spencer) Huebshman.  Dave was self-employed contractor with Arken Stone Enterprises. He enjoyed aquariums, games and he loved to read. A private funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 8, 2020 at Village Funeral Home, 135 South Street, Ortonville, MI 48462. Interment will follow at Ortonville Cemetery.
