Former Dragons wrap up college seasons

Albion College head Baseball Coach Scott Carden has announced the names of the 24 men who earned varsity awards for their participation in the sport this spring.
Bobby Clouse, the son of Robert Clouse and Kristina Clouse of Lake Orion and a graduate of Lake Orion High School, will receive a plaque designating his third-year award.
Clouse played in 39 games in the outfield for the Britons.
He led the Britons with a .355 batting average.
Clouse slugged 10 doubles and a triple, and he drove in 22 runs.
With his season over, he has returned to the bench as an assistant for the Dragon varsity baseball team.

Nate Recknagel has slugged his way to a new single-season school record for home runs at the University of Michigan. His team hosts regional action this weekend.

Meanwhile, former Dragon Ross Tonyan scored the winning run in the 12th inning for Adrian College, as they kept their season alive by beating Kean University 7-6.
