On Friday March 6, Cub Scout Pack 108 gathered together for their annual Pinewood Derby at Clear Lake Elementary.
There were a total of 64 Pinewood Derby cars made by the scouts, siblings and parents. The designs of the cars ranged from traditional to speed racers and everything in between, such at Hamsters, guitars, army trucks, and tootsie rolls.
The boys along with their parents work very hard on these precious cars making sure that everything is just right. These are memories that will be treasured for a lifetime.
The top 3 boys from each category will be sent to Clinton Valley Council’s District Pinewood Derby on Saturday March 21st at the Oakland Yard Athletics Mini Dome to compete in the District Finals.
