Goodrich Mini-Storage

Looking for a safe and secure environment to store valuables, household items or even a boat? Look no further than Goodrich Mini Storage.
In this area especially, laws prohibit the parking of anything but a car on residential streets. Owners Mark, Gary and Gerald Brownrigg felt this would be the perfect place to build their 32,000-square foot storage unit.
The family built Goodrich Mini Storage in 1994 after hearing from the public.
‘We were getting information in the area that people were looking for a place to store their items,? Mark Brownrigg said. ‘It just turned a light bulb on for us.?
The facility features a six-foot fence topped with barbed-wire. A gate attendant guards the facility during open hours, and after hours the perimeter is securely locked.
The client has the choice when it comes to securing the individual storage units.
‘You use your own padlocks or you can buy them from us. You’re the only one who has the key, so you know your belongings are safe,? said Brownrigg. ‘We work 110 percent to keep it that way.?
In addition to the Brownriggs, there is additional help available for snowplowing and other routine maintenance to keep the facility clean and neat for the clients.
The units range in size and can be rented monthly with no limitation.
‘There are a variety of sizes to choose from,? said Brownrigg. ‘Whether storing you’re boxes while your moving, or your RV during winter, we have a unit to suit you.?
Currently, Goodrich Mini Storage is offering a special on the 10 x 18-foot units.
‘When you pay for two months, you will receive your third month free of charge,? Brownrigg said.
The local business is grateful to their customers, and Brownrigg said customer response has been good through the years.
