GROVELAND TOWNSHIP BOARD
& FIRE BOARD
OPEN MEETING ACT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the State of Michigan has enacted the Open Meetings Law which requires the specific designation of the dates, time and places of all regular meetings of the Board
acting on Township business, and Fire Department business. WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Board to conduct all of its business in an open forum, in compliance with this Act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Groveland Township Board and the Groveland Township Fire Board will hold its regular meeting on the second Monday of each Month of the calendar year, beginning on February 9, 2004 and ending on January 10, 2005.
Meeting time will be 7:00 pm. and held at the Groveland Township Hall, 4695 Grange Hall Road, Holly, MI. 48442. In the event that the second Monday is a holiday, the regular meeting will be held on the following Tuesday unless otherwise posted.

And, be it further resolved, that a copy of this notice of meeting dates be published in the Citizen and Community Voice and be posted at the Township Hall.
