The new Orion Township Board of Trustees was inaugurated into their respective offices on Nov. 20 before a packed township hall by Oakland County Clerk Ruth Johnson.
Taking new positions on the board are Township Supervisor Matthew Gibb, Trustees Mark Crane and JoAnn Van Tassel and Clerk Penny Shults.
John Steimel and Neal Porter will retain their positions as trustees.
The Church Street Singers led the room in song and refreshments were enjoyed by all.
