Election inspectors in Orion Township will be paid 50 cents more per hour than previously, the first pay increase in four years.
Pay rates for election inspectors (half-day workers, eight hours) are now $62.50, with a $5 meal allowance and $15 for training (two hours).
Full day workers (16 hours) will be paid $125 with a $10 meal allowance and $15 for training. Precinct chairmen will be paid $25.
