Lorezo B. ‘Lencho? Chavez, of Oxford, died Oct. 21, 2012 at the age of 74. Lorezo was a loving husband to Paula (nee Wright) Chavez for 43 years, and a beloved father of Ronald C. French of CO, Kathy Moore of FL, and Elena Chavez of Oxford. He was a cherished grandfather of 14 and great grandfather of 6, and a dear brother of Adolpho (Pam) Chavez of Romeo.
He was preceded in death by his son Michael French. Lorezo proudly retired as a laborer with 1076 Local and loved bowling.
A Celebration Wake will be held Nov. 18 from Noon to 4 p.m. at Collier Lanes, 879 S. Lapeer Rd. Oxford. Arrangements were entrusted to the Oxford Chapel of Huntoon Funeral Home.
