Mark F. Carter died Oct. 13, 2012 in Montrose, MI. He grew up in Lake Orion and graduated from Lake Orion High School in 1973.
He had a very successful career in construction managing projects (among others) at Ford Field in Detroit, Citi Field in New York City, National Park in Washington D.C. and the KC Royals stadium in Kansas City.
He was preceded in death by his father, Fred, and his wife Kathleen.
His memory will be cherished by his daughter, Stephanie, mother Miriam, nephews Matthew, Michael, Christopher, Andrew, and Nathan, sisters Margaret and Lind, and one great-nephew, Lucas.
He leaves behind many friends and relatives in Minnesota, Kentucky, Georgia, and Tennessee.
