The teaser Farmers Market day was a flowering success. The word from market Manager Kathy Wieland: over 420 people attended the pre-Mom’s Day Sale on May 5.
And that’s a good number, she says, considering the weather and the fact that the regular Farmers Market does not open until May 26.
‘I am very pleased, we are doing great,? said Wieland, who also expressed her thanks to all the vendors.
‘We are very proud of our farmers, too,? she said.
