Music fest, concerts this weekend

Nick Lowe of Clarkston hosts the Dragonbyte Music Festival, 3 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 5, at Airway Lanes Banquet Hall.
Entry will be $8/person, and food and beverage will be available for purchase.
The festival has been a dream of Lowe, who has his own band, The Midwestern Sky, for quite some time.
“In Oakland County, local musicians are very limited with their choice of venues,” he said “I want to give bands of all sizes a chance to play.”
This festival will hopefully be the first of many, he said.
The line up for Dec. 5 includes The Reckless Scamps, Underground Arcade, Anonymous Hooligans, Stevie Frank, Conway, Sail, Stroller Coaster, Vernon, Marco Aziel, Daisy, Mike Baker, Leah and The Troublemakers, the 2015 DBS Youth Challenge Winners. There will be two stages, acoustic and amped, with performers doing at least 40-minute sets.
