PC-2005-44, M-24 (Lapeer Road) Charter Township of Orion Master Plan Update. The purpose of this hearing will be to take public comments on this proposed master plan update. The Lapeer Road corridor study area extends from Casemer Road in the north to Silverbell Road in the south. There are twelve areas within this area of the corridor, which have undergone extensive study by the Planning Commission. Please see the attached map.

2006 MEETING DATES RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the By-Laws of the Charter Township of Orion Planning Commission provide for the scheduling of meetings on the first and third Wednesday of each month; and,
WHEREAS, the State of Michigan has enacted the Open Meeting Act, which requires the specific designation of the dates, times, and places of all regular meetings of the Planning Commission; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Charter Township of Orion Planning Commission to conduct all of its business in an open forum, in compliance with said Act; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Charter Township of Orion Planning Commission will hold its Regular Meetings on the first and third Wednesday of each month of the calendar year beginning on January 4, 2006 and ending on December 20, 2006.
