The Board took the following actions:

1) Approved the agenda as amended for Regular Board Meeting.

2) Audit Presentation

3) Approved June 21, 2021 minutes as amended.

4) Approved July 9, 2021 Special Meeting Minutes.

5) Approved Treasurers June and July 2021 report.

6) Approved June and July Disbursements report.

7) Approved Atlas Township Access Control Policy as presented.

8.) Tabled draft amendment for Alarm System Ordinance #91-04 recommended by Attorney Lattie.

9) Approved final payment to Large Culvert Replacement Program of $3,250.83 project #D50452.

10) Approved Budget Amendment increase of $3,250.83 to pay the final payment amount to the Large Culvert Replacement Program.

11) Approved the resignation of Jana Waters to the Board of Review with regret.

12) Approved Lapeer County Road Commission to Brine 3 miles of Washburn Rd at 2,000 gallon per mile at a cost of $1,080.00.

13) Approved proposal from Fine Point in the amount not to exceed $4,000.

14) Approved Special Assessment Road Repair Funding Policy with the 2 corrections noted.

15) Approved Special Assessment Policy as presented.

16) Approved payments to pay off Drain #0017 Gilkey Creek in the amount of $2,656.80 and Drain #0896 the Goodrich Drain in the amount of $115,415.11 to save money on interest rates.

17) Approved payment for MFM invoice #7296 for back up service annual billing in the amount of $1,320.00.

18) Approved Budget Amendment for Hart Election Equipment Service and Maintenance in the amount of $14, 995 to avoid interest.

19) Approved Resolution #21-17, Consolidation of Precincts for The November 2, 2021, Special Election.

20) Closed Session with Township Attorney
