Regular Meeting held on Monday, May 16, 2016 at 5:30 p.m.

Members present: Shirley Kautman-Jones, Teresa Onica, Ann Marie Moore, Barry June, Pat Major

Members absent: None

The Board took the following actions:

1) Approved the minutes of the regular meeting of April 18, 2016 as presented.

2) Received the Treasurer’s report as presented.

3) Honored the warrants and paid the bills as presented.

4) Adopted Proclamation #16-02 honoring County Commission Mark Young.

5) Adopted Proclamation #16-03 honoring Planning Commission member Robert Stack.

6) Approved quote from Service Glass Company, Inc. to install nine insulated windows at the Library for $1,117.32.

7) Approved chip and seal for McClandish Road for $23,660.66; Ridge Road for $11,751.96; Green
Road for $15,883.21.

8) Approved pave backs by priority #1) Vassar at Perry $25,825.89; #2) Kipp at State $22,907.64;
#3) Burpee at Vassar $33,891.42.

9) Postponed adoption of citation process proposed ordinances #16-01; #16-02 and #16-03 until the next regular meeting on June 20, 2016.

10) Adopted Resolution #16-06 declaring a moratorium on establishment of medical marihuana dispensaries for one year.

11) Re-appointed Paul Duggan to the Atlas Township Planning Commission for one year term expiring 11/30/2016.

12) Re-appointed Mike Adema to the Atlas Township Zoning Board of Appeals for one year term expiring 11/30/2016.

13) Re-appointed Joel Mallery to the Atlas Township Zoning Board of Appeals as 1

st Alternate for one year term expiring 11/30/2016.

14) Postponed consideration of flag retirement Eagle Scout project until regular scheduled meeting in June.

15) Meeting adjourned at 7:21 p.m.
