NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Regular Meeting

The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing April 24, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeal:

Appeal # 19-0003 Zoned:  RE Property ID # 03-35-100-025

Name:  Sherry Prose

Location:  4336 Seymour Lake Road

Request:  Applicant requests a variance from Section 42-242 (1) d. 5. for an additional 152 SF accessory structure over the allowed 1200 SF for attached accessory buildings.  Applicant is proposing to attach the detached, existing garage to the home.

This meeting is open to all members of the public under Michigan’s Open Meeting Act.
