Those who may have concerns about manual spinal adjustments from a chiropractor now have a new option.
Rogers Chiropractic Center is the only clinic they know of to have the new, state-of-the-art Pulstar computer-aided adjustment tool.
The hand-held instrument ‘scans? the spinal region. A computer determines the precise measurement needed and applies it in a gentle manner.
Dr. Dayne Rogers said the tool is designed for people who are scared at the prospect of adjustments by hand, are in major pain and cannot be adjusted by hand, are very arthritic or obese, or simply have not received the desired results from other chiropractors.
‘With this machine, there is no fear, no pain and no surprises,? Dr. Rogers said. ‘Only results.?
The new technology is just part of the progress reported by Dr. Rogers and his wife, Heather, who have been in business for 13 years. Their practice has always included exceptionally loving, caring, prompt service, and a renovation of their office from floor to ceiling has resulted in a totally new look to make their client’s visits even more comfortable.
New technology includes state-of-the-art video education systems in every room. High speed film and x-ray equipment provides for less radiation exposure.
Dr. Rogers is motivated to educate the public concerning the great drug-free, surgery-free way to get healthy.
‘The body heals from the inside out,? he said. ‘Chiropractic taps into that by adjusting the vertebrae, getting the pressure off the nervous system and turning back on the power. Between God and your body, the healing begins. I just make sure the two are connected by the adjustments.?
Rogers Chiropractic Center has a true heart for the community. In the office is a bulletin board with newspaper clippings featuring some of their patients. About eight years ago, Dr. Rogers began approaching Clarkston High School coaches to offer his services to athletes.
‘Coaches were getting discouraged, because a lot of athletes were off for long periods of time? after injuries, he said. The standard response to many injuries was ‘stay off it? and take medications, but now Dr. Rogers offers adjustments to all CHS athletes.
