PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, March 13, 2006 at 6:30 pm at the Springfield Township Civic Center at 12000 Davisburg Road, Davisburg, Michigan, in the upper level meeting room to receive comments on the Parks Commission’s proposed Recreation Master Plan for Springfield Township.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the text of the proposed Recreational Master Plan and other documents related to the proposed Master Plan may be examined at the Parks and Recreation office in the Springfield Township Civic Center, 12000 Davisburg Road, Davisburg, MI during regular business hours Monday thru Friday. Written comments may be submitted to Springfield Township Parks and Recreation Department at 12000 Davisburg Road, Davisburg, MI 48350 until the time of the Public Hearing and telephone inquires regarding the Hearing may be directed to the Director of Parks and Recreation at (248) 634-0412. Those persons needing special accommodations at the Hearing should contact the Director’s office at least two business days in advance.

DISPLAYING MASTER PLAN DRAFT FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION will be displaying a rough draft of the Springfield Township Parks and Recreation Master Plan at the Springfield Township Library from January 13, 2006 to February 13, 2006. The Park Commission is seeking comments concerning planning for Springfield Township Parks and Recreation. The Springfield Township Library is located in the Township Civic Center, 12000 Davisburg Rd., Davisburg, Michigan
Written comments may be submitted to Springfield Township Parks and Recreation Department at P.O. Box 1038, Davisburg, MI 48350 until February 14, 2006 at 5:00 pm. Telephone inquiries regarding the Master Plan may be directed to the Director of Parks and Recreation at (248) 634-0412.
Those persons needing special accommodations to examine the Master Plan rough draft should contact the Director’s office at least two business days in advance of their intended visit.
