September 2 at 8:30 a.m., Oxford Christian Academy (OCA) began its 31st year of providing the best in Christian education for the families in the greater Oxford community. Without a glitch, each teacher welcomed every student and got the school day off to a great start!
In August of 1973, the First Baptist Church of Oxford opened the doors of OCA. The school started as an Accelerated Christian Education school and has progressed to its present state of a classic traditional classroom. Never has the school moved from their original vision of providing a quality Christian education based upon a biblical viewpoint.
Enrollment is still open in grades K-10. Any and all prospective students and parents interested in biblical Christian education are invited to prayerfully consider the opportunities of excellence in traditional instruction and learning provided at OCA.
