The Lady Cat swimmers are now 3-1 on the season after a strong 138-47 victory over Avondale last week.

200 Medley Relay: Oxford’s A Relay of Giannola, Baker, Commons, and Boydston took first with a time of 2:09.22. Oxford’s B Relay of Hamilton, McClenaghan, Alexander, and Schonfeld came in second’place.
200 Freestyle: Junior Bella Giannola took first’with a time of 2:08.77, which puts her third’on the All-Time Top Ten List. Victoria McClenaghan and Gracie Beebe rounded out the top three.
200 Individual Medley: Freshman Claire Alexander came in first’with a season-best time of 2:33.63. Rachael Baker and Hannah Schonfeld placed second’and third,’respectively.
50 Freestyle: Sophomore Christina Boydston came in second’with a personal best time of 28.14, which ties her for 8th’on the All-Time Top Ten list. Emily Vican and Emily Sovis placed third and fourth,’respectively.
Diving: Freshman Keira Veltigian came in first’with a personal best score of 198.50. Jenna Zeiter also received a personal best score to place second.
100 Butterfly: Sophomore Rachel Commons took first with a personal best time of 1:08.99, which puts her fifth’on the All-Time Top Ten list. Danielle Kemp and Emily Sovis rounded out the top three. Danielle Kemp’s time puts her seventh’on the All-Time Top Ten list.
100 Freestyle: Christina Boydston finished second’with a time of 1:04.41. Kayla Krebs and Rachael Baker came in third’and fourth’place, respectively.
500 Freestyle: Bella Giannola came in first with a personal best time of 5:53.60. Claire Alexander and Emily Vican rounded out the top three.
200 Freestyle Relay: Oxford’s A Relay of McClenaghan, Sovis, Boydston, and Commons finished first with a time of 1:56.21. Oxford’s C Relay of Veltigian, Wurtz, Hamilton, and DiMalanta finished in third’place.
100 Backstroke: Junior Danielle Kemp took first with a time of 1:16.70. Paisley Arent and Paige Hodder finished second’and third,’respectively.
100 Breaststroke: Sophomore Victoria McClenaghan finished first with a personal best time of 1:20.07, which moves her up to fourth’on the All-Time Top Ten list. Rachel Commons and Emily Hamilton finished in second’and fifth’place, respectively.
400 Freestyle Relay: Oxford’s A Relay of Alexander, Kemp, Boydston, and Giannola came in 1st with a time of 4:10.36. Oxford’s B Relay of Baker, Beebe, Krebs, and Vican came in second place.
The girls will travel to Lake Orion on Friday and Saturday to compete in the Oakland County Championships.
