‘We have a tremendous stable of ‘A-plus? rated companies that we contract with. Insurance company contracts are a very difficult to come by these days and we have a dossier of companies that we are proud of,? said Bannasch.

‘We’re hands on. If a client calls us for auto insurance, we get all the data that we can from them and then we market it, and I do not use that term loosely,? said Bannasch. ‘We market the customer’s data amongst our group of ‘A-plus? rated companies. Whichever company comes in with the best bottom line for that client’s set of circumstances is the company we quote.?

‘Unlike the common perception of insurance agents, you can usually find us at our desk working,? said Bannasch. ‘We are trying to do our best for the client, and service is foremost.?

Having been one of the first agencies in Oakland County to jump into computers back in 1972, when a former Pentagon employee programmed their first system, Total Insurance has always been at the top of the technology wave.
They have diligently upgraded their computers over the years so the way business is efficiently and effectively taken care of has not changed.
‘We don’t have a huge staff, but we have a very competent and caring staff. Most of the staff here have been with the agency for a number of years,? said Bannasch. ‘We really operate as a business family.?
