Brandon Twp.- At about 1:40 a.m., Feb. 11, firefighters responded to a mobile home fire in the 4500 block of Wildwood Loop in the Clarkston Lakes Mobile Home Park.
Assistant Fire Chief David Borst said upon arrival, firefighters found the double-wide home’s roof caved in from the flames and about 3/4 of the structure destroyed.
No one was home at the time of the fire.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze in about 35-40 minutes and remained on scene for a few hours.
The home is a complete loss and the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office Fire Unit is investigating the cause of the fire.
