The Clinton River Watershed Council is hosting a free presentation about how to manage lakefront properties for water quality.
The meeting will be held at township hall on March 24 from 7 to 8 p.m.
Some of the topics to be addressed at the workshop include some simple steps to help protect water quality, how native plant buffers can be both beautiful additions to your landscape and effective tools for reducing pollutants, soaking up excess rainwater and preventing erosion and practical ‘how to? processes for planning and designing native lake/stream buffers.
