ATLAS TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Regular meeting
held on September 19, 2016 at 5:30 p.m.
Members present: S. Kautman-Jones, T. Onica, B.
June, A. Moore, P Major
Members absent: None
The Board took the following actions:
1) Approved the minutes of the regular meeting of August 15, 2016 as amended.
2) Approved the minutes of the work shop held on August 25, 2016 as amended.
3) Honored the warrants and paid the bills as presented.
4) Approved the lowest quotes from Ricoh for an MP 4504 at a cost of $5,475.00.
5) Approved additional cost from $44,800 to $64,163 to reconstruct 17 catch basin structures with 50% paid by GCRC and 50% paid by Township.
6) Award bid to Perez Construction, Inc. for $45,995.00 for the rehabilitation of the historic fire escape on the Goodrich Library bldg.
7) Approved contract renewal for assessing services with Carrie Bock as presented.
8) Approved contract renewal with the Genesee County Sheriff Department as presented.
9) Approved one streetlight to be installed at Willowgate and Gale Road; Strawberry Lane and Baldwin Road; Waters Edge and Perry Road.
10) Meeting adjourned at 7:56 p.m.
