Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to state Public Act 33 of 2008, as amended, the Atlas Township
Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., at the
Atlas Township Hall, located at 7386 South Gale Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan, 48439. The public hearing
is intended to provide an opportunity for interested citizens to express their opinions regarding all
aspects of a proposed Master Plan. The Master Plan serves as a guide for the physical development of
the township, by setting forth goals and policies and providing a comprehensive view of the preferred
future.
You may request to view a hard copy of the proposed Master Plan during regular business hours at the
Atlas Township Hall. An electronic copy of the proposed Master Plan can be downloaded from the
township website at the following internet address: www.atlastownship.org/master-plan/
Those unable to attend the public hearing are invited to submit written comments to the attention of
the Township Clerk by mail to the township hall address above or by email to
tyaklin@atlastownship.org. All written comments must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 19,
