Commerce Construction has been awarded a bid contract from the Orion Township Parks and Recreation Department to do safety path repair on Joslyn Road.
The path will be repaired on the east side of Joslyn from Heights to north of the Marina Pointe Subdivision entrance.
The bid is for $91,143, with a 10 percent contingency, with funding to come from the safety path maintenance fund and the capital improvement fund
