Local dancer competes on national television

While waiting for the turkey to cook on Christmas Day, take a moment to watch Clarkston’s Angie Regiani on CBS at 2 p.m. in the Showstopper’s National Dance Competition.
Regiani competed in the show, taped this past July in Myrtle Beach, and was selected second place overall of thousands of dancers from around the world in the senior soloist division.
The senior winners segment features Regiani dancing to the music of Stacie Oricco’s Strong Enough. She is also dancing in the winning senior number She Bangs.
Regiani, a 2004 Clarkston High School graduate, is a freshman at Point Park University in Pittsburg, where she is a member of the professional dance troupe Pillow Project.
