The Road Commission for Oakland County has announced road work which may cause delays for motorists in the Clarkston area:
? Sashabaw Road between Clarkston and Waldon roads is scheduled to be closed until May 19 to allow the Michigan Department of Transportation to make repairs to the bridge over I-75.
During the closure, the official detour route is Clarkston Road to M-15 to Maybee Road and vice versa.
? Andersonville Road between White Lake Road and Curtis Lane is scheduled to be closed through July 30 so Independence Township can install a water main and sanitary sewer line.
During the closure, the detour route is White Lake Rd. to Maceday Lake Rd. to Williams Lake Rd. to Airport Rd. to Dixie Highway and vice versa.
? Rattalee Lake Rd. is set to be closed between April 21 and May 10 so MDOT can make bridge repairs on the Rattalee Lake Rd. bridge over I-75.
The detour route will be Tindall Road to Davisburg Road to Dixie Highway and vice versa.
