Oakland County’s outdoor warning system will be activated and tested on March 28 at 10:30 a.m. in an effort to promote tornado safety preparedness. Governor Jennifer Granholm and County Executive L. Brooks Patterson declared the week of March 26 through April 1 as Severe Weather Awareness Week.
