An Oakland County Sheriff’s Department deputy was involved in a minor injury accident at Dixie Highway near I-75 on March 3.
The accident occurred at 9:05 p.m. while the deputy was stopped at a red light. He was struck from behind by the other vehicle.
The deputy was transported to Waterford Ambulatory Medical Center for treatment and released. According to reports, the driver suffered no injuries. Both vehicles suffered minor damage.
