New waiver gets OK

Brian Milosch, from the Palace Chrysler Plymouth Jeep dealership, was granted relief from Orion Township’s M-24 moratorium, after presenting new evidence to the Township Board on March 6.
Milosch was denied a request on Feb. 6, but was allowed to present his case as a new request due to the new information.
The storage facility that Milosch rents in Oxford has been sold and development of that property would force Milosch to store vehicles elsewhere, a task that he said would be impossible.
Various board members stressed that they were not approving Milosch’s plan to expand his existing lot, but waived the moratorium to allow him to look into a possible expansion.
Any such expansion would need board approval to take place.
