Brandon varsity baseball coach Ron Wagner, his staff and players will present a baseball camp for boys and girls ages 7-14.
The camp will take place from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, May 13 at Brandon High School, 1025 S. Ortonville Road, Ortonville.
Sign in and registration takes place at 8:30 a.m., with drills and instruction taking place from 9 a.m.-noon. After a lunch break, drills and instruction resume from 12:45-3 p.m., when the camp ends.
Camp topics are: hitting and bunting, infield and outfield play, catching and throwing fundamentals, pitching mechanics, and sliding and baserunning. A guest speaker will also be featured.
Campers should bring a baseball glove and bat, as well as gym shoes and sweatpants. The cost for the camp is $30 (pre-registration) or $35 (at the door), and includes lunch and a camp T-shirt.
